Background

Rui SantiagoAfter graduating in 2001 in the computer science field and having some experience in lecturing, I developed a growing interest in health care. Initially I took a Shiatsu course, mainly out of curiosity, and it turned out to be a pivotal moment for me, opening a 'brave new world'. This led to a complete break from my previous career as a software programmer. Subsequentely I tool several professional courses including rehabilitation massage and massotherapy, shortly after that I started my activity as a Massage Therapist. The need for providing a better care for my patients and to expand my knowledge and professional development led me to take the bold decision of studying for an Osteopathy degree in Oxford, England, UK. I am currentely in the 5th and final year. I am already a student member of the British Osteopathic Association. I intent to continue broadening my learning horizons by adding more skills for my professional development. I hope I will be able to help you. Looking forward to seeing you in my practice.
