Shiatsu
Shiatsu symbolShiatsu has its origins in Japan. Shiatsu acts at the energetic system of the body, through meridians or energy paths, associated with organs, emotions and states of mind.
During this oriental massage, pressure and stretches are used, kneading and releasing contracted muscles, giving support to the weaker parts of the body towards equilibrium.
